Tour requires a ten passenger minimum to operate on each tour date. Guests will be notified on the day of the tour if we have not met the minimum or if the tour is unable to operate due to inclement weather. In either case- full refunds will be given.

Children are allowed on board the airboats, children ages 3 and under are free Children ages 6 and under are required to wear a life jacket for safety. Tour is suitable for children of all ages.

Customers will receive a full refund or credit with 24 hours notice of cancellation. Customers will also receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. Contact us by phone to cancel or inquire about a cancellation. No-shows will be charged the full price.

Due to COVID-19 we are scheduling arrival windows for all general admission tickets. Please check your ticket closely to see what your arrival window is. If you are unable to arrive during your arrival window you need to contact the store and reschedule your reservation. All private tours that have been scheduled have a check in time 10 minutes prior to the departure of your exclusive adventure. We have taken enhanced safety measures for you, our staff and our volunteers. You must follow all posted instructions while visiting Sawgrass Recreation Park. An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious virus that can lead to severe illness and death. Senior citizens and visitors with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable to this disease according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). By visiting the Sawgrass Recreation Park you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to the COVID-19 virus. If your doctor has advised you that you are in a high-risk group, we ask that you not visit at this time. Please be safe and respectful of others while you enjoy your visit. Face Masks are required when visiting our gift shop and food service areas/employees, during your entry airboat tour, and when interacting with exhibit employees and animals.
