DO I NEED TO PURCHASE TICKETS OR CAN WE BUY ONSITE?

At this time, Drive-Thru Tickets MUST be purchased online here. NOTE: The Add-On Bundles do NOT include a Drive-Thru Ticket. Each Car MUST HAVE a Drive-Thru Ticket to enter the event. The price for a Drive-Thru Ticket is PER CAR (not per person). 

 

ARE TICKETS REFUNDABLE?

Tickets are not refundable unless in the case of a canceled event.

SPEED LIMIT

The speed limit is 3 mph 

 

CAN WE HAVE PEOPLE IN OUR TRUCK BED?

No, Everyone will need to be inside of the vehicle.

 

CAN WE PULL A TRAILER IN THE EVENT?

No. Trailers will not be allowed in the Drive-Thru

 

‍DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

‍Yes,  we accept all major credit cards, there will not be a point of sale on site all sales have to be made online prior to arrival to that event. 

 

IS ALCOHOL PERMITTED?

No, Alcohol is not permitted on the premises.

 

DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAYMENTS?

No cash payments for Drive-Thru merchandise. Drive-Thru Tickets must be purchased online in advance.

 

WHAT IF I WANT TO BRING LARGE GROUPS OF PEOPLE IN A VAN OR BUS? 

You must purchase a special large vehicle ticket for a vehicle that seats more than 8 people. The restrictions for large vehicles are as follows: The vehicle must be less than 25 feet in length and less than 10 feet in height. If you are interested in purchasing a large vehicle ticket, then please contact us. 

 

DO YOU DRIVE IN YOUR OWN VEHICLE? CAN WE RENT A SHUTTLE OR GOLF -CART?

Guests must travel through in the comfort of their own vehicle. all guests in their car require to have a seatbelt No rentals will be provided.

 

HOW LONG DOES THE DRIVE-THRU TAKE?

‍The experience will last approx 30 min

 

SINCE I AM IN MY VEHICLE, WILL I BE ALLOWED TO SMOKE?

‍Smoking of any kind is not allowed while touring the exhibit.

 

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

‍Yes, you are more than welcome to bring along your furry friends. Pets and people must remain in their vehicles.

 

‍ONCE WE EXIT THE DRIVE-THRU, CAN WE COME BACK THE SAME DAY?

‍Guests may not return after exiting the drive-thru on the same day without paying admission again. Tickets expire once guests exit the drive-thru.

 

WE COME WHEN THE WEATHER WASN’T IDEAL, CAN WE GET OUR MONEY BACK?

‍We do not offer any refunds due to inclement weather. If the weather limits visibility and is to the point, we cannot operate or provides a less than experience, we will reschedule your tickets for a different date.

RULES

  • No Trailers, No Motorcycles, No ATV’s

  • Turn Off Headlights, Turn Lights To Dim

  • Roll Down Windows

  • Turn Off Radio

  • Speed Limit 3 Miles Or Less

  • No Stopping

  • No Exiting Your Vehicle, All Customers MUST Remain In Their Vehicle

  • All passengers in the vehicle must have a seatbelt on at all times

  • No Touching Displays Or Staff

  • By Entering Haunted Drive you are agreeing that Haunted Drive is not responsible for any vehicle damage or bodily injury that may occur during your haunting Experience.

When we talk about running a safe event,  risk-free, we are referring to an event that defends against the spread of Pathogens.

We develop solutions as a part of the experience:

  • Mobile Box office (99% digital).

  • Outdoor venue.

  • Keeping track of the capacity.

  • Big parking area.

  • Agresive cleaning and disinfection procedures.

  • All team members will go under temperature chack and will wear a face covering. 

  • Everyone Face covering to purchase food and beverage.

  • Floor markings 

  • Please follow directions for our team members.
