You may request to cancel your tixs for a full refund, up to 48 hours prior to the date and time of the activity. Cancellations and refunds request between 48-24 hours prior to the date and time of the, will be refunded 50%. Cancelation and refund request made the day of service or after activity date will not be refunded. For other refund requests you must contact your activity provider directlly.
You can cancel your booking anytime before 48 hours to the service date. Cancelation made less than 48 prior to service will be subject to theTixs refund policy. To submit a cancelation you can contact us or email your request to support@thetixs.com
